Rindfleischsuppe klassisch zubereitet nach Omas Art ist die beste! In meiner Anleitung zeige ich dir, wie du mit wenigen Zutaten ganz einfach eine kräftige Rindfleischsuppe kochen kannst – ohne Knochen, dafür mit Suppenfleisch.
Rindfleisch abspülen und abtrocknen. Zwiebeln klein hacken. Suppengrün in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden.
500 g Suppenfleisch vom Rind, 1 Zwiebel, 1 Bund Suppengrün
Butterschmalz in einem großen Topf erhitzen und Rindfleisch und die Zwiebeln scharf anbraten.
1 EL Butterschmalz
Kalte Gemüsebrühe und Lorbeerblätter zugeben und aufkochen. Bei geringer Hitze 1 1/2 Stunden zugedeckt köcheln lassen. Gemüse zugeben und 30 Minuten köcheln lassen.
1,5 l Gemüsebrühe, 2 Lorbeerblätter
Rindfleisch herausnehmen und in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden. Dann zurück in den Topf geben und die Suppe mit Salz, Pfeffer und Petersilie abschmecken.
