Mit meiner Anleitung kommt dein Jägerschnitzel knusprig paniert und mit cremiger Pilzsoße auf den Teller. Und das kinderleicht! Denn mein original Jägerschnitzel nach bestem Rezept ist einfach gemacht und schmeckt der ganzen Familie.
Champignons in Scheiben schneiden und die Zwiebel klein hacken. Butter in einem Topf erhitzen und zuerst die Champignons anbraten. Zwiebeln zugeben und dünsten.
400 g Champignons, 1 Zwiebel, 50 g Butter
Tomatenmark unterheben und anrösten, dann mit Mehl bestäuben. Rinderbrühe und Sahne zugeben und die Soße unter Rühren 10 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze cremig köcheln lassen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
2 EL Tomatenmark, 25 g Mehl, 300 ml Rinderfond, 200 g Sahne zum Kochen, Salz, Pfeffer
Schnitzel flach klopfen und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
4 Schweineschnitzel
Mehl, verquirlte Eier und Paniermehl auf separate Teller geben. Schnitzel erst im Mehl wälzen, dann durch die Eier ziehen und anschließend im Paniermehl wenden.
3 EL Mehl, 2 Eier, 100 g Paniermehl
Reichlich Butterschmalz in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Schnitzel pro Seite 2-3 Minuten goldbraun anbraten.
