Mein bester Schokokuchen für Kinder sorgt immer für leuchtende Augen. Der ist schön saftig und dank doppelt Schoko der Hit auf jedem Kindergeburtstag. Aber das Beste: Der einfache Rührteig kinderleicht gemacht und schnell in der Springfrom gebacken.
Eine 26er-Springform mit Backpapier auslegen und den Rand mit Butter einfetten. Kuvertüre grob hacken und mit der Butter über dem Wasserbad schmelzen, dann etwas abkühlen lassen.
150 g Zartbitterkuvertüre, 250 g Butter, Butter zum Einfetten der Form
Backofen auf 180 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen.
Eier, Zucker und Vanillezucker mit dem Handmixer cremig schlagen. Butter-Kuvertüre-Masse auf niedrigster Stufe untermischen. Mehl, Kakao, Salz und Backpulver in einer Schüssel mischen und mit dem flüssigen Teig verrühren.
3 Eier, 120 g Zucker, 1 Pck. Vanillezucker, 100 g Mehl, 2 EL Backkakao, 1 Prise Salz, 1 1/2 TL Backpulver
Teig in die Form füllen, glatt streichen und ca. 25 Minuten im unteren Ofendrittel backen. Herausnehmen, den Ring der Springform lösen und den Kuchen auf einem Kuchengitter abkühlen lassen.
Die restliche Kuvertüre grob hacken und über dem Wasserbad schmelzen. Kuchen mit der flüssigen Schokolade bedecken und mit Schokolinsen belegen. Vor dem Anschneiden den Guss fest werden lassen.
