Bami Goreng – original gebratene Nudeln aus Indonesien

Mit diesem Rezept gelingt dir ganz einfach Bami Goreng wie das Original aus Indonesien. Das Geheimnis liegt in der Zutatenkombination und der typischen Würzsoße.
Hähnchen in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden. Zwiebel halbieren und in Halbringe schneiden. Knoblauch klein hacken. Möhren schälen und raspeln. Frühlingszwiebeln in Ringe schneiden.
400 g Hähnchenbrustfilet, 1 Zwiebel, 2 Knoblauchzehen, 2 große Möhren, 1 Bund Frühlingszwiebeln
Eiernudeln nach Packungsangabe zubereiten.
250 g Eiernudeln
Alle Zutaten für die Soße verrühren.
2 EL Sojasoße, 2 EL Ketjap Manis, 1 EL Austernsoße, 1/2 TL Sambal Olek
Öl in einer großen Pfanne oder einem Wok erhitzen und das Hähnchen anbraten, bis es fast gar ist. Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Möhren, Frühlingszwiebeln und Mungobohnen-Sprossen zugeben und alles 4 Minuten braten.
2 EL Sesamöl, 200 g Mungobohnen-Sprossen
Alle Zutaten an den Rand schieben, die Eier in der Mitte aufschlagen und verquirlen, dann mit den restlichen Zutaten mischen. Eiernudeln und die Soße unterheben.
